About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Lakeview Manor Healthcare Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our guests, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
- Measure and record height and weight, intake and output
- Care for the guests' environment, ensuring cleanliness and safety
- Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting, promoting independence and dignity
- Support guests with eating and hydration, maintaining fluid balance and nutritional needs
- Monitor guests' skin health, reporting changes to licensed nurses and providing skin care as needed
- Meet guests' mental health and social service needs, engaging in activities that promote well-being
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
