About the Role:
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Lakeview Manor Healthcare Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our guests under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
Responsibilities:
- Taking and recording vital signs
- Measuring and recording height and weight, intake and output
- Caring for the guests' environment
- Assisting with bathing, grooming and toileting
- Assisting with eating and hydration
- Observing guests' skin when administering care and reporting changes to licensed nurse; providing skin care as needed
- Meeting guests' mental health and social service needs
Qualifications:
- High school graduate/GED
- CNA certification
