As a Dietary Aide at Lakeview Manor Healthcare Center Careers, you will assist in food preparation and presentation to our residents.
Responsibilities
Handles and stores all food according to facility procedures and safe food handling guidelines.
Assists with food preparation as assigned by supervisor.
Prepares food items according to standardized recipes insuring safe food handling practices.
Set up the food tray line.
Assemble diet trays and deliver tray carts to dining areas or units.
Clean dishes, utensils, and equipment according to facility procedures.
Assist in dishwashing operations and cleaning tasks.
Requirements
Minimum high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Prior experience as a food service aide in an institutional food service setting is preferred.
