What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Level II position at Lakeview Methodist Conference Center?
This position reports to the Director of Maintenance and works directly with other maintenance staff members to accomplish the department goals for the facility. Maintenance Level II workers possess relevant experience and high-level skills particularly in the areas of electrician, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC.
Maintenance Level II worker assists workers at all maintenance levels to meet all maintenance needs of the facility. This includes several buildings on a campus that can accommodate 1200 people. Though work is primary to the skills listed, help with room setups (tables and chairs), janitorial work, and lawn care will be needed from time to time.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
