Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Spray Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying various treatments to the Lakeview and Mountainview Courses to ensure optimal health and growth. This role requires a blend of technical skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and environmental regulations.
Duties
- Operate power tools and hand tools effectively for the application of pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers.
- Conduct pest control measures to manage and eliminate unwanted pests in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and fertilization as needed.
- Utilize farm machinery for larger scale applications when necessary.
- Drive to various job sites while ensuring the safe transport of equipment and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments applied, including types of chemicals used and areas treated.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding services rendered and recommendations for lawn care.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations during application processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in pest control, lawn care, or landscaping is preferred.
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery is essential.
- Strong understanding of pest management techniques and chemical applications.
- Ability to drive safely and efficiently between job sites.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety practices.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Pesticide License
