Key Responsibilities :
- Support Sales Engineers on customer visits throughout our territory.
- Conduct product demos showcasing our industrial automation, motion, and controls solutions.
- Provide patient and positive assistance to customers, helping them understand our products and solutions.
- Develop expertise in our electro-mechanical product line, including servo motors, drives & controls, stepper motors, actuators, gearboxes, robotics, variable frequency drives, and more.
- Apply servo, motion, and industrial control technologies to customer machine designs.
- Engage in daily activities such as determining customer needs, providing system design assistance, preparing quotations, and offering startup assistance.
- Investigate customer requirements, resolve issues, and expand product sales.
