Key Responsibilities :
Formulate and refresh sales strategies and targets.

Quote, negotiate, and finalize deals.

About You :
Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or a related field is a plus. Technical studies are a must.
Experience : 2-3 years in Outside Sales or 3-5 years in Inside Sales.
Skills :
Stellar communication abilities.
Aptitude for mathematics and spatial reasoning.
Knowledge of Electronic Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) or Automation Controls is a bonus.
Previous experience in the gearing and reducer industry? Big plus!
