Purpose:

Perform cleaning duties such as vacuum carpets, cleaning windows, title floors, sinks and bathroom fixtures.

Essential Duties:

• Work in any area to ensure all requests for cleaning are covered thoroughly and on schedule.
• Check furnace filters routinely (every 6 weeks) and clean if necessary.
• When instructed, employee completes annual cleaning schedule.
• Report to the housekeeping supervisor significant resident behavior changes.

Qualifications:

• For purposes of effective communication with residents, families and staff must be able to see, hear, speak, read and write English.
• Maintain ability to stretch, push, pull, kneel, reach, twist, lift unassisted at least 35 lbs. and walk or stand up to eight hours.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience preferred.

Hourly Rate:

$13.00 - Negotiable

Background Checks:

A criminal history background check and sex offender registry check will be required for the finalist under consideration for this position. Lakeview Terrace is a Drug Free Workplace.
