    Special Education Work-Based Learning Coordinator/Teacher
    1.0 FTE
    This position serves both high schools: Lakeville North High School (0.50 FTE) and Lakeville South High School (0.50 FTE)
    This position starts on August 25, 2025.

    Position Summary:
    The Special Education Work-Based Learning Coordinator/Teacher assists students in gaining knowledge, skills and work habits that increase their potential for career and college success. A Special Education Work0Based Learning Coordinator/Teacher closely supervises the worksite activities of students and is responsible for all the paperwork associated with this experience (training plans, agreements, safety training, seminar class, performance evaluations, record keeping, site observation, etc.). This person creates work experiences for high needs students within the school building or community. Participation in the IEP team process is a part of this position.


    Position Description/Qualifications:
    Must possess or be eligible for a Special Education teaching license and a Coordinator/Teacher of Work-Based Learning teaching license.

    Salary Range: $51,996 to $97,472 (pro-rated for FTE and contracted days)

    • Salary and Fringe Benefits in accordance with the Master Agreement with Education Minnesota-Lakeville
    • Salary range: $51,996 to $97,472 (pro-rated for FTE and contracted days)
