Looking for an exciting way to spend your summer while making a difference? Whether you’re just starting your career or looking for leadership experience, we have amazing summer-only opportunities for you! Join our team and help create a fun, safe, and enriching environment for children in our full-day summer program, running from 6/16/25 - 8/22/25.
This is your chance to make lasting memories, lead exciting activities, and enjoy field trips and outdoor adventures – all while gaining valuable experience!
Job Responsibilities (Varies by Role):
- Plan and lead fun-filled activities like arts and crafts, sports, science experiments, and outdoor games.
- Assist with daily setup, cleanup, and keeping the program running smoothly.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all children.
- Communicate with staff, families, and supervisors to support each child’s experience.
- Provide assistance to children with disabilities, with additional support from specialized staff.
- Supervise and join in the fun on field trips and special events!
Pay & Schedule:
- Competitive summer pay rates:
- Counselor in Training (High School): $14.00 - $14.75/hr
- Entry level: $16.00 - $21.13/hr
- Special Education Para: $17.30 - $22.86/hr
- Site Leaders: $23.00 - $28.62/hr
- Full-day positions available between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years old for a Counselor in Training role
- Must be 18 and graduate high school for entry level or higher roles
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
