Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Setup the kitchen prior to opening, ensuring all necessary food items are available.
- Cook specific portions of each plated meal as assigned by the head or sous chef.
- Assist with cutting, marinating, and precooking foods.
- Maintain pace with other cooks on the line to ensure simultaneous food preparation.
- Step in to assist colleagues who are running behind.
- Assemble dishes, provide garnishment, and plate food attractively.
- Pitch in with the rest of the staff to maintain sanitary conditions and organization in the kitchen.
- Wrap unused items and store them properly at the end of each shift.
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask quickly and thoroughly.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- At least 16 years of age.
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to lift and carry 10-55 lbs.
Working Conditions:
Applicants will be expected to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary.
Previous experience is preferred but not necessary.
