Summary : At Chicken Express, the General Manager (GM) leads the restaurant team to ensure that the store delivers a consistent product in an Express manner. The GM will supervise and coach a team of 20-30 team members and will be assisted by 3-4 Assistant Managers. The GM will ensure our Culture of Excellence that takes Responsibility for Serving is thriving in our restaurant. Safeguard the guest experience is consistent each time they interact with our team. The GM must care about their team and our guests while balancing multiple demands of a fast-paced work environment.

Essential Job Functions :
Physical Requirements Necessary for the Position :
General Managers will regularly stand, walk, talk, carry, bend, stoop, turn, and lift in excess of thirty-five (35) pounds. General Managers will also drive, view a computer monitor, and type / write on a regular basis. Team lift required on anything over twenty-five (25) pounds and / or an awkward lift.
Proven ability to delegate work in a cost-saving manner.
Must possess strong leadership skills to manage, motivate, and develop staff.
