Duties
- Conduct thorough examinations of animals to assess their health and diagnose any medical conditions.
- Administer vaccinations, medications, and treatments as necessary.
- Perform surgical procedures as needed.
- Provide daytime emergency care and treatment for injured or ill animals.
- Educate pet owners on proper animal care, nutrition, and grooming practices.
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure optimal patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in veterinary medicine and animal care.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid veterinary license to practice in the relevant state.
- Experience in animal handling, including dog handling and equine care if you are interested in mixed animal.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with pet owners and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $148,430.00 per year
