Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and administrative support.
- Serve as a personal assistant to senior management, coordinating schedules and meetings.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintaining employee records
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and visitors.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure clarity and correctness.
- Support office management by overseeing supplies inventory and ordering as needed.
- This role is crucial for the overall business and financial health and operations of our organization and requires a detail-oriented individual who possesses the ability to multi-task.
- This role is the primary financial manager of the organization and is responsible for performing the various financial functions of the organization, including accounts receivable duties, such as monthly billing, processing payments, collections, and revenue recognition.
- The successful candidate will monitor payments for materials, labor, and other expenses associated with each project, ensuring that all financial activities are accurately recorded.
- In addition to accounts receivables, the candidate will handle all aspects of accounts payable, including reviewing, coding and processing payments.
- Effective communication with customers regarding invoices and billing inquiries is a key responsibility, with a goal of maintaining positive relationships and ensuring the customers are satisfied.
- Maintain a healthy business environment by promoting a culture of responsiveness and urgency, respect, open communication, and collaboration, which leads to increased productivity, engagement, and overall business success.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.
