Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and maintenance, particularly with foreign and domestic vehicles. As an Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service and repairs. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise in powertrain systems and your ability to use hand tools effectively will be essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on various vehicles.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to execute repairs efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
• Conduct auto estimating to provide accurate assessments of repair costs.
• Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
• Collaborate with other service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Experience

• Previous experience as a mechanic or service technician is preferred.
• Familiarity with powertrain systems and components specific to both foreign and domestic vehicles is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills to enhance client interactions.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Experience in auto estimating is advantageous but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.34 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
