We are a premier country club on Cleveland’s West Side and are looking to add to our front of house team. Responsibilities Include:
· Showing up for scheduled shifts promptly and in a maintained uniform
· Performing opening side-work when shift starts
· Greeting all members in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
· Taking orders and serves meals and beverages promptly and courteously
· Operating the complete POS system to process dining orders
· Ensuring that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
· Following safety and sanitation rules and practices
· Helping bus and set tables as needed
· Performing closing side-work at the end of each shift
· Maintaining a positive attitude with all co-workers and management staff
· Ensuring compliance with all company policies
Qualifications Include:
· High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma preferred
- One year of relevant experience for serving or bartending
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Must be 21 years old or older to bartend
Compensation:
· At Lakewood Country Club we offer our staff a very competitive base hourly wage with an additional incentive program that is based on team sales during bi-weekly pay periods.
· Cash tipping is not required, but can be common.
