Key Responsibilities :

Schedule patients effectively based on a structured template and coordinate with the dental team to optimize workflow.
Bill and process dental claims accurately and follow up on patient and insurance aging reports.
Enter patient payment transactions.
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator, ideally in a multispecialty dental practice.
- Strong knowledge of HMO and PPO insurance plans and dental billing practices.
- Proficiency in dental software and a chartless office environment (e.g., Open Dental, Orthotrac, or similar).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
