Responsibilities
- Providing a full range of age appropriate nursing care to assigned patients. Patient care areas include medical, surgical, pediatric, geriatric, emergency, same day surgery, swing bed, outpatients, respite
- Incorporating knowledge of the nursing process and professional standards of nursing into patient care and day to day performance
- Develops, evaluates and modifies the plan of care based on patient need and observable patient responses
- Demonstrating leadership qualities that provide for effective and appropriate delegation of care, evaluation of delegated care provided to patients, and the maintenance of a safe and healing patient environment
Qualifications
- RN:MN;
- BLS-CPR;
- ACLS within 12 months;
- PALS within 12 months;
- TNCC within 12 months
Pay Range
$37.28 - $53.46 /hour
