Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Lakewood Health System. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in providing quality, proficient and professional laboratory services to all outpatients.
- You will be responsible for performing and reporting tests of waived and moderately complexed labs, as defined by CLIA, on patients of all ages.
- You will also participate in Quality Assurance, Quality Control Monitoring, specimen processing, phlebotomy, and customer service.
