Our regional support center provides resources to our hotels for multiple areas including Human Resources, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Security, Group Reservations, Guest Contact Center, Information Technology, Laundry and Communications.

What We're Looking For :

A meticulous and organized Inventory Clerk to join our Operations Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate management of our inventory, ensuring that records are up-to-date and that stock levels align with company needs. This position is key in supporting the logistical operations of our organization by maintaining inventory accuracy and assisting in the optimization of inventory levels.

Has knowledge of computer devices

Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Effective communicator, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Enjoys providing a high level of service in both the front and back of the house

What You'll Do :

Maintain and update inventory records accurately and efficiently.

Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with digital records.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the purchasing team to prevent shortages or overstock.

Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of goods and materials.

Prepare and process return shipments and handle disposal of obsolete inventory.

Organize and label stock in the warehouse to ensure easy identification and access.

Generate inventory reports and provide insights to management regarding inventory performance.

Assist in developing and implementing inventory control procedures and best practices.

Collaborate with other departments to forecast future inventory needs.

Other duties as assigned.

Your Experience Includes :

High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional coursework in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

1-2 years of experience in an inventory control or warehouse management role, is required.

Proficiency in inventory management software and database systems is required.

Basic math skills for handling inventory calculations is required.

Ability to lift and move inventory items up to 50 lbs is required.

Experience with barcode scanning equipment or inventory tracking systems is preferred.

Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems is preferred.

Problem-solving skills with the ability to address inventory-related issues is preferred.

Knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices is preferred.
