- CRT team members will work no less than 32 hours over 2 consecutive pay periods. At least 12 of those hours will occur on a weekend.
- CRT team members may not work more than 20 hours/week on average over 2 consecutive pay periods.
- CRT team members must agree to work in any area - MC, AL, HC.
- CRT team members will be required to work occasional holidays.
- CRT team members are eligible for shift differentials and holiday pay.

Qualifications:
- Possess a current license as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living community is preferred.
- Understanding of geriatric care, knowledge of the aging process, strong communication and general compassion for others.
- Excellent customer service
