Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Lakewood, CO

Step into a leadership role where your voice matters. Lakewood Villa is looking for a skilled and compassionate RN to join our leadership team as Assistant Director of Nursing. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with our Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations, support and mentor nursing staff, and ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care in a warm and supportive environment.

At Lakewood Villa, our goal is to help every resident feel at home while achieving their highest level of independence — and that starts with strong, empowered clinical leadership.
What You will Do:
- Work closely with MDS and clinical resources to achieve set goals
- Develop improving treatment and care plans
- Evaluate patients care that both skilled and LTC patients receive
- Meet with clinical staff and families to discuss patient's condition and treatment plan
- Attend and host meetings to discuss patients care with IDT team
- Assist DON with duties as assigned
What You will Need:
- Active RN (Registered Nurse) license in the state of Colorado
- 1–3 years of MDS experience preferred
- Nursing leadership experience, ideally in post-acute or memory care settings
- Self-directed, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to instruct, coach, and support staff
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for resident-centered care and clinical excellence
