Job Responsibilities:
- Interpret manufacturing drawings and blueprints to determine welding requirements.
- Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
- Operate welding equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect welded components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Follow established welding procedures and protocols.
- Adhere to safety standards and practices to maintain a safe work environment.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Welder or similar role. Must have experience welding pipe.
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG and Stick welding techniques.
- Ability to interpret manufacturing drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Knowledge of welding safety procedures and practices.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Certification in welding techniques preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with ease of movement in a fast-paced environment.
