MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
•Valid Ohio Teaching License in Integrated Language Arts
•Possess much patience for and enjoyment of children
•Ambitious, high – energy person
•Ability to maintain professional conduct, appearance and manner
•Organized individual with ability to use initiative and creativity in stimulating student learning
•Excellent communication skills
•Ability to encourage active participation of students and to maintain an effective learning environment
•Familiar with and capable of utilizing Smart Board technology to enhance instruction
•Excellent classroom management techniques
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
•Experience as a secondary Language Arts teacher
•Experience in working with special needs students
