Responsibilities:
Work with clients to identify job openings and requirements
Create job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
Assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit with the company
Negotiate job offers with candidates
Help new hires get started
Market bench consultants, including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiations, and closing
Manage recruitment life cycle for both sourcing and bench recruitment
Provide guidance to hiring managers and others involved in the hiring process
Use data and analysis to evaluate the success of hiring efforts
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
Promote company s reputation as a great place to work
Manage both full-time as well as contractual requirements.
Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
Maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
Find potential clients who need staffing services
Keep candidates updated on the status of their applications
Set and achieve targets for placements and client acquisitions
Maintain accurate candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system
Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates and clients
Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Requirements and skills:
Proven work experience of 2-3 years as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (Phone/Zoom/WebEx/Skype)
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
Familiarity with different work authorizations in the US (U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B, etc.)
Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
Should have the ability to understand technical requirements and submit consultants profiles on time.
Possess knowledge of the skills, experience, and career goals of the candidates
Must have good negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.
Ability to negotiate contract & payment terms
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates
