JOB SUMMARY:
Drive with the sales team on the tactical and operational Demand Plan, based on the commercial strategies agreed with customers; to translate them into a supply plan with the objective of product availability in the US network design supply sourcing centers and therefore serve actual customer orders to guarantee fill rate above 98%.
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

8. Coordinate and follow up new end to end projects in the supply chain (imports, distribution network, copackers, correct functioning of MRP and MPS, others) |
9. Develop and analyze business KPI´s (forecast accuracy (reduction MAPE), fill rate, distribution cost, working capital, network design, production atteinment) 10. Work with SAP.

REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain or related field
· Minimum of 5 years in demand planning and/or supply planning (replenishment) or equivalent experience
· Strong MS Office, SAP, Power BI and Excel skills
· Excellent analytical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills
· Advanced communication, results oriented, team management, interfunctional collaboration.
WORKING CONDITIONS
· Normal office environment with little exposure to noise, dust and temperatures.
· Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending on the project or assignment.
· Travel 20% of the time.
