Position Summary :
Responsible for the staging, receiving, storage and ordering of products. Coaches and develops employees daily to safely produce products with the lowest cost consistent with quality requirements.
Night shift hours are Monday through Friday or as scheduled – 7 : 00 p.m. – 3 : 30 a.m. and the flexibility to work weekends.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Responsible for coordination of drivers between multiple locations and determining the most efficient way depending on need and time.
Inventory management across business locations in SAP.
Oversee and participate in the receiving, unloading, and inspection of shipments for damage and conformity to purchase order specifications and packing slips; contact vendors regarding shortages, damaged goods or other discrepancies; complete receiving discrepancy and follow-up reports.
Must be able to perform all robotics and warehouse duties.
Facilitate work schedules to accommodate vacations and extended run times while minimizing overtime.
Maintain paperwork for QA sanitation program.
Oversee the stocking of products; plan storage locations; determine proper location of supplies to allow for maximum space utilization.
Participate and oversee periodic and annual physical inventories.
Operates a variety of warehouse equipment including but not limited to, forklifts, pallet jacks, walkie, computer and assigned software to input data and generate reports.
Maintain the warehouse in a clean, orderly, safe, and secure condition; maintain correct temperature conditions for food storage and ensure food service storage areas are compliant with applicable laws, codes, rules, and regulations.
Make recommendations regarding proper storage, inventory and warehousing procedures and improvements in warehouse efficiency.
Trains and leads work direction and guidance to assigned staff; prioritizes work assignments; participates in the hiring and screening of new applicants.
Provides expertise of core business knowledge and processes.
Executes direction based upon business priority and strategy.
Enforces compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Builds collaborative partnerships across departmental lines to achieve departmental and team results.

This position requires regular and prompt attendance during the working hours scheduled by the Department Manager.

Qualifications and Experience :
Minimum Education Required : High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree, preferred.
Previous knowledge of inventory management.
Six years of experience in a related role
Knowledge of reconciling or adjustments in SAP.
Updating Excel spreadsheets.
Receiving Raw materials and basic knowledge of FIFO (first in first out)
