Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will supervise, coordinate, schedule, and manage all phases of a project. This includes:
- Managing project timelines and budgets.
- Coodinating with contractors and vendors.
- Mentoring and developing staff.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other technical field.
- 5 years of Construction Management experience with MEP projects.
- Proficient knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- OSHA 30 Hour Certified and maintain safety and compliance.
