Our dental organization is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee account receivables and collections across our multiple practices. We are looking for a dental billing expert, so applicants should ideally have 4 years of experience in a dental office and a bachelor's degree. In this role, you will coordinate our billing and collection activities, maximizing payments and improving our processes. You must also ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee AR for patients and insurance
- Coordinate billing and collection activities
- Monitor accounts receivables activity
- Oversee monthly close processes, including reporting and account balancing
- Ensure accurate billing of insurance providers and patients
- Evaluate billing processes and procedures
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in dental billing
- Supervisory experience a plus
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Computer, analytical, and organizational skills
- Pay will scale with experience
