About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Intern to create engaging, accurate, and easy-to-follow training documentation using cutting-edge AI tools, including ChatGPT. This role is ideal for someone with strong writing skills, instructional design sensibility, and hands-on experience using generative AI to streamline and enhance content development.

You'll collaborate with subject matter experts and team leaders to produce high-quality training manuals, SOPs, guides, and support documentation that improve onboarding, knowledge transfer, and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training manuals, SOPs, user guides, and internal documentation using AI tools like ChatGPT and other generative platforms
• Translate complex processes and technical information into clear, user-friendly training materials
• Collaborate with department leads and SMEs to gather accurate process information and ensure content aligns with operational goals
• Leverage AI to assist with content structure, formatting, tone, and consistency across all documents
• Use prompt engineering techniques to maximize the efficiency and quality of AI-generated content
• Edit and proofread documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to branding and voice guidelines
• Manage version control and updates to ensure training materials stay current
• Recommend ways to improve the content development workflow using AI-based automation and optimization
• Assist in organizing and delivering content in formats suitable for digital learning platforms or print
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools to assist in content creation
• Strong writing, editing, and documentation skills with an eye for clarity and user-friendliness
• Experience in creating training materials or instructional documentation (preferred)
• Ability to understand and explain complex workflows or systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Notion, or similar platforms
