Lam Research is seeking a highly skilled, hands on and experienced Sr Portfolio / Program Manager to lead and manage data and analytics initiatives in Enterprise Analytics group. The ideal candidate will possess a strong program management background in data and analytics and AI space with hands on experience in working on project management tools and methodologies, and a deep understanding of data engineering, data architecture, and analytics. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions that drive business insights and decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple data and analytics projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop program objectives, strategies, and plans. Ensure that the program's goals align with the organization's overall strategic direction.
- Manage the Analytics and data needs and requirements and work with business team and technical teams on prioritization.
- Define key deliverables, milestones, and success criteria for the program.
- Lead discussions and cross functional meetings across different Business Units, Stakeholders, SMEs and technical teams.
- Ensure conflicts are resolved early on to prevent escalations and risks.
- Facilitate regular communication to keep all stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and changes.
- Allocate resources across projects to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency. Coordinate with other department heads to secure necessary resources and support.
- Monitor the progress of individual projects within the program. Ensure projects are aligned with program objectives and meet milestones and deadlines.
- Track financial performance and ensure that projects are completed within budget.
- Executive level presentations on project charters and status reports.
- Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including plans, schedules, budget.
Who We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in fields such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's in business administration (MBA) preferred with a focus on Analytics, Data Science, or Information Systems.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
Salary
CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position : $132,000.00 - $276,000.00.
The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
