The Impact You'll Make
As a Customer Service Business Group (CSBG) Spares Product Manager, you will be responsible for the developing product family, Connected Spares. In this role you will be a key contributor to the business unit objectives of increasing market share and profitability.
What You'll Do
- Define, create and manage the Connected Spares product strategy including benchmarking of product strategy vs. industry standards.
- Development and release of new Connected Spares functionality and products.
- Support of released Connected Spares products.
- Partner closely with supply chain, product groups, engineering, operations, marketing and business development in this role.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
