Tualatin Manufacturing Control Team
As a Program/Project Manager at Lam, you will be pivotal in driving projects/programs for Tualatin Manufacturing. You'll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage adequate factory flow, and meet the needs of the internal customers we support. In this role, you will directly contribute to the MFG-Control Team.
- Review and assess critical material shortages for launch and WIP that impact build plan execution. Communicate and escalate all MCSD risks with Manufacturing Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Product Group/Engineering).
- Manage factory flow, product prioritization, tracking bay utilization, and production capacity.
- Facilitate the factory's Daily Production meetings
- Update the Factory Health Slide and Executive Health slide for management
- Review and manage Factory Risk Assessment: Miss notifications and tracking, TDWs
- Coordinate and manage Wet Pilot builds in production
- Manage manufacturing communications system including the official Tualatin Manufacturing Notifications and BrightSign display.
- Develop and maintain QuickBase applications
- Maintain the Data Analytics server
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 5 years of experience; or master's degree with 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience
- 3 years of related experience in project management or program management
- Extensive proficiency in SQL, Python, Power Automate, SharePoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior MS Office competency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision-making
- 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, manufacturing or global supplier
- Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2; or 3 years of related experience in project management or program management
