The Impact You'll Make
Designs, develops, modifies, debugs and evaluates programs for functional areas, including but not limited to finance, human resources, manufacturing and marketing. Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding and tests / debugs programs. Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards. Trains users in conversion and implementation of system. May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions. May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.
What You'll Do
- Support the Digital Transformation PLM transition process by analyzing current product lines and identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a PLM transition model, which will be a planning and communication tool to quantify and visualize the deployment of the digital transformation capabilities across the product portfolio.
- Gather and evaluate data related to product lifecycle management, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in the development of PLM strategies and the integration of new systems and processes, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
- Facilitate communication between engineering, program management, and other stakeholders to align PLM transition objectives.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, reporting any discrepancies or potential risks to the Senior Manager, PLM Transition.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
