Job Responsibilities
- Initiate and complete basic Learning Management System (LMS) administrative tasks (e.g. create/cancel classes, enter rosters, & write/update basic Standard Operating Procedures, etc.)
- Develop a Technical training Schedule that meets the needs of Internal/External Customers
- Interfaces with internal/external customers as needed when scheduling training
- The ability to work within a complex dynamic environment
- Provide solutions to customer training needs
- Provide monthly internal/external finance reports
- Provide weekly inventory.
- Monitor team mailbox and respond or escalate within guidelines
- Prepare rudimentary training reports as requested (e.g. survey results)
- Will perform clerical and administrative duties related to internal and external customer visa application data requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3~5 years of experience in (LMS) coordination and administration.
- Administration experience in Semiconductor industry is a PLUS.
- Strong Organizational skills is a must.
- Associates degree.
- Min. 1 year administration experience.
- Familiar with the MS Office suite, SharePoint and Excel.
