We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, ensuring a seamless sales experience that reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and identify their needs through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Provide product knowledge and educate customers on vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and assist customers in evaluating their vehicle choices.
- Negotiate sales and financing agreements to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
