Job Summary/Basic Function
About This Role:
The Marketing Coordinator serves as an integral member of the Office of Admissions and reports to the Director of Admissions. This position is responsible for leading the strategic enrollment marketing initiatives within Admissions to effectively communicate with students from prospect through enrollment. The Marketing Coordinator will design, develop, and produce content for print, electronic communication, and social media for the purpose of engaging and yielding students in alignment with the overall University goals.
What You’ll Do – Position Responsibilities
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight 10 lbs.; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information
Job Conditions
Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with extensive public contact and frequent interruptions.

What You’ll Do – Position Responsibilities
- Formulates a communication plan for prospective, admitted and current students throughout the student process.
- Assists in the management of internal Admissions software system communications and automated messaging to students.
- Works with staff within the Office of Admissions on branding and messaging strategies through target research while in compliance with university and federal regulations.
- Serves as the marketing contact for the Office of Admissions collaborating closely with the Office of Marketing and Communications and Marketing Coordinators within the division of Enrollment Management.
- Implements website changes in line with web accessibility and search engine optimization standards. 10% 6. Develops social media content and platforms to promote Admission initiatives while working with the University’s Social Media Manager.
- Supports the Office of Admissions personnel to ensure that all attended events are equipped with the necessary promotional material including event communication.
- Develops CRM strategies that assist in functional activities such as event planning, campus tours, web applications, and territory management.
- Working experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design platforms.
- Developed Communication Skills (Written and Verbal).
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Database Management ( CRM and CMS ).
- Time Management.
