Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the Ad Operations team, cultivating a culture focused on excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional development.
- Define and execute strategic initiatives for the Ad Operations department that align with the company’s overall objectives and goals.
- Ensure the team has access to the necessary tools, training, and resources to perform at the highest level.
- Spearhead training programs on DSP/SSP systems for new team members to ensure seamless onboarding.
Campaign Management:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of programmatic ad campaigns, including setup, execution, optimization, and reporting to guarantee alignment with client objectives.
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and achieve or surpass performance benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Client Services, Media, Analytics) to ensure smooth campaign sell-in, execution, and reporting.
- Serve as the main point of contact with clients and Agency teams, ensuring tag functionality and optimal campaign performance across all channels.
- Manage troubleshooting requests, responding swiftly to needs from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan, forecast, and report on inventory availability across all media platforms.
Operational Excellence:
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices, processes, and workflows to optimize Ad Operations efficiency and streamline campaign execution.
- Continuously analyze and monitor campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and operational enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and relevant regulations.
- Design and manage Private Marketplace (PMP) deals to enhance direct programmatic revenue.
- Supervise inventory quality and collaborate with third-party verification vendors to ensure ad quality and security.
- Prioritize and allocate work effectively, managing incoming requests and ensuring deadlines are met across various business units.
- Build and refine scalable onboarding, testing, and partner deployment strategies.
Technology & Innovation:
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to drive continuous innovation and maintain a market-leading position.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to enhance internal platforms, ensuring they evolve to meet client needs and industry demands.
- Evaluate and incorporate third-party tools and technologies that strengthen Ad Operations capabilities and performance.
Relationship Management:
- Act as a strategic partner for internal teams, ensuring that platform needs are met and satisfaction is achieved with Ad Operations services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- Source, develop, and manage relationships with third-party demand and SSP partners to expand and enhance Ad Operations capabilities.
