Position Summary

We’re seeking a Digital Sales Manager who is passionate about programmatic advertising and ready to grow their career in the exciting and evolving CTV space. This role focuses on driving growth with current partners and developing new relationships with agencies, brands, and trading desks. The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented, purpose-driven professional with strong communication skills and a knack for presenting concepts effectively in any setting.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Work with current partners to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to expand revenue streams
  • New Business Development: Cultivate new partnerships with agencies, brands, and trading desks, focusing on meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Promote Product Offerings: Articulate the unique value of our programmatic CTV solutions to clients, with an emphasis on curating effective, goal-driven advertising options
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and long-term client satisfaction
  • Data-Informed Approach: Leverage data and market insights to inform strategies, optimize deals, and drive impactful results
  • Effective Communication: Present ideas clearly and persuasively in various formats, including written, Zoom, and in-person meetings, capturing the attention of decision-makers

Requirements

  • Experience 5-7 years of experience of related marketing experience with 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising sales, programmatic advertising, or related fields, ideally with exposure to CTV
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms and the digital ecosystem
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present concepts effectively in meetings and pitches
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to leverage data to identify trends and inform decision-making
  • Passion for Growth: Ambition to develop skills and grow within the dynamic CTV advertising industry
