Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage and optimize e-commerce PPC campaigns across Amazon, Google, Microsoft and other relevant paid search platforms
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization
- Report on campaign performance and status updates to external and internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid search efforts with overall marketing objectives and initiatives
- 2 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce paid search (retail PPC/SEM), preferably in an agency setting
- Proficiency in leveraging advanced Amazon Advertising tactics and strategies, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands/Video, Sponsored Display
- Proficiency in leveraging advanced Google and Bing tactics and strategies, including Performance Max, Demand Gen, Audience Signals/Custom Segments, Smart Bidding
- Proficiency with Shopping campaigns (Standard, Smart, PMAX) and feed management
- Proven abilities with managing 6-figure monthly budgets
- Expertise in YouTube strategies for reach, engagement and conversion
- Strong familiarity with Amazon ecosystem, including Seller/Vendor Central, Amazon DSP, AMC
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Ability to pull data from platforms and generate ad hoc reporting
- Comfortable presenting to clients and internal teams as needed
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
