Job Description Summary
Lamb Weston is looking for an experienced IT DevOps and Automation Engineer who knows and understands the business value of Enterprise IT Automation. The right candidate will identify and build automations that streamline and optimize Enterprise IT operations with peers and partners. The successful candidate will develop and drive Lamb Weston's capabilities in Enterprise IT Automation - Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps. The Enterprise IT Automation Engineer must be skilled in a variety of programming and scripting languages, aware and familiar with AWS and Azure Cloud Services and well versed in modern software development patterns and practices.
Job Description
Position Responsibilities :
- Work with stakeholders, peers and partners to define and manage Lamb Weston Standards, Patterns and Practices for Enterprise IT Automation - Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps.
- Work with stakeholders, peers and partners to implement right-sized tooling for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automations and for CI / CD pipelines : Governance, Controls, Repositories, Artifacts, Processes, Software
- Champion Enterprise IT Automation in the broader Lamb Weston developer community.
- Build and maintain Enterprise IT Automations that deliver business outcomes and follow Lamb Weston Standards, Patterns and Practices.
- Partner with peers like Architects, Operations, Principles, Analysts and Managers, to define, design, develop and deploy Enterprise IT Automations that follow Lamb Weston Standards, Patterns and Practices.
- Manage and report on Enterprise IT Automation Effectiveness, Quality and Resiliency.
- Drive Continuous Improvement of Enterprise IT Automation capabilities.
