Job Description Summary
Responsibilities include but are not limited to accounting, forecasting, budgeting, analyzing operation performance, reporting and maintaining internal controls. Position must partner with business to provide recommendations and ensure sound financial decisions are made for the organization. Ability to understand operations is critical to success.
Job Description
Financial Accounting :
- Create daily records for the receipt of product into the companies facilities
- Participate in period-end close activities to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Create and maintain / update monthly accounting schedules to assist in monthly account reconciliation process
- Follow contract language to ensure contracted payments are made accurately and on time
- Assist in preparation of internal and external financial statements in accordance with GAAP
