Sr. Manager of Procurement, Corporate Services: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Sr. Manager of Procurement, Corporate Services. In this role, you will be responsible for leading procurement for corporate services spend, including IT, Professional Services, Human Resources, Marketing & Travel. You will support leaders in executing their strategic goals, implement a sourcing strategy, and act as a trusted partner/advisor to senior leaders. Additionally, you will improve corporate procurement procedures and processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; 7 years of experience in procurement with at least 3 years in a corporate environment; Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and develop talent; Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; Ability to directly negotiate, manage, and enforce contracts with limited support; Knowledge of SAP ERP and related systems, including SAP Ariba; Functional competencies in Strategic Sourcing, Risk Management, Supplier Selection and Contracting, Supplier Relationship Management, and Stakeholder Influencing.
