Job Description
- Onsite support for plant sanitations per schedule or for cause.
- Provide training, resources, and corrective actions related to facility sanitation programs.
- Recommend appropriate mitigation strategies related to sanitation effectiveness & efficiency to support root cause and corrective action.
- Respond to sanitation-related special situations and provide guidance and training to remedy.
- Interact with key internal stakeholders such as Sanitation, Microbiology, on food sanitation issues, programs, and procedures.
- Work with 3rd party chemical and pest control vendors to maintain and improve ongoing services.
- Under the supervision of the Corporate Sanitation Manager ensures, that all appropriate pre-requisite programs applicable to the Food Safety Plan including training, GMP’s, SSOP’s, and others are developed and functioning as part of Lamb Weston’s overall food safety system.
- Validate chemical concentration and application, including manual and automated cleaning systems.
- Provide manufacturing support, including advising all stakeholders on :
Validation of SSOPs, sanitation processes and equipment for sanitation effectiveness.
