We’re looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to join our team. If you thrive on tight deadlines, can write and edit high-quality content at lightning speed, and know how to keep things organized (while making it look effortless), we want to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll create, manage, and deliver internal communications that keep employees informed, engaged, and connected to our mission. You’ll work closely with teams across the company to craft everything from all-company announcements to event communications to leadership messages. And you’ll make sure our internal comms plans don’t just live in a spreadsheet—they come to life.
What You’ll Do
- Write, edit, and produce internal communications—often under tight deadlines.
- Develop and execute communication plans for key company initiatives and events.
- Collaborate with teams company-wide to ensure messaging is consistent, clear, and aligned.
- Manage deadlines and priorities while keeping all the moving pieces in check.
- Deliver presentations and host employee meetings to keep folks informed and engaged.
- Bring creative flair to everything you do, from leadership messages to event announcements.
- Use professional design tools to create visuals and audio that enhance your communications.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience in communications, employee engagement, or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt your tone for different audiences.
- Ability to produce quality, engaging content quickly and under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills. You can juggle multiple projects without missing a beat.
- Comfortable speaking in front of large groups and facilitating meetings.
- Basic design skills to create polished, visually appealing content.
- A collaborative spirit. You thrive on building connections across the company.
- A keen sense of humor and a love for creative problem-solving.
Salary Range Information
Based on market data and other factors, the annual salary range for this position is $145,000-$170,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
