Note: This position requires presence in our San Francisco office location 4 days per week; Lambda’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule all necessary candidate interviews and debriefs across the business
- Provide onsite support for our San Francisco office in-person interviews
- Be the main point of contact for candidate correspondence
- Partner cross functionally with recruiters and internal hiring teams to support the recruiting process
- Configure job setup and maintain data hygiene within our ATS, Ashby
- Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions to streamline workflows
- Keep the candidate experience top of mind throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all candidates
You
- Have 2 years of recruiting coordination, executive assistant or related coordination experience
- Have strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Have demonstrated ATS experience
- Are proficient with GSuite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
- Are flexible and able to navigate changing priorities, unexpected challenges, and evolving recruitment needs
- Have a demonstrated commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience and delivering high-quality service to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Enjoy using your keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in recruitment coordination activities such as scheduling interviews, managing candidate data, and coordinating logistics

Salary Range Information
Based on market data and other factors, the hourly range for this position is $36-$48 per hour. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
