The Opportunity
Lambda is looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer to join our recruiting team. In this role, you will work closely with our Recruiters and hiring managers to develop strategies to find untapped candidates. The ideal candidate will have proven experience sourcing, recruiting and partnering with business stakeholders to hire world class talent for our small, high producing Engineering team at Lambda. You will be playing a key role in helping Lambda grow with finding world class talent for highly technical nuanced roles that work at the forefront of the AI / ML infrastructure, including finding experts in high performance computing, GPU compute, low latency networking, and state of the art data centers.

Salary Range Information
Based on market data and other factors, the annual salary range for this position is $130,000-$160,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
