Lambert Land Consulting has been providing professional land surveying and mapping services in Northern Colorado since 2007. As we expand our operations, we’re looking for a dedicated team member who wants to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys and field measurements.
- Interpret deed descriptions and assist with boundary determinations.
- Create basemaps, topographic surveys, utility surveys, legal descriptions, and exhibits.
- Analyze and process survey data using Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center.
- Ensure compliance with surveying and legal standards.
- Work on projects from field to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the entire process.
Qualifications
- PLS or LSI preferred but not required
- 3 years of land surveying experience
- Proficiency in Civil 3D
- Experience with Trimble GPS, robotic total stations, and Trimble Business Center
- Strong knowledge of field surveying procedures and boundary surveys, in Northern Colorado and in the Denver Metro area preferred
- Understanding of the Public Land Survey System (PLSS) and Denver range points and lines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Dependent on Experience
- Paid Time Off: 3 weeks (15 days) of PTO per year.
