A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC AND PLUMBING DISPATCHER - CSR

In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for our customers, handling scheduling and dispatching duties with precision. You will coordinate the daily flow of jobs, ensuring that technicians are dispatched efficiently and customers receive the service they need. Along with scheduling, you will process payments, manage front office inventory, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Your problem-solving skills will be essential as you handle customer inquiries and ensure all operations run smoothly throughout the day.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC AND PLUMBING DISPATCHER - CSR

• Customer service skills, with a patient and empathetic approach
• Strong communication skills and a positive, adaptable attitude
• Ability to solve problems on the spot and keep things running smoothly

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceTitan CRM
• Experience in dispatching or customer service

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time role, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
