Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Aerial Foreman to join our team at Kanaan Communications, LLC. As an Aerial Foreman, you will be responsible for installing and repairing aerial telephone cables, repairing cut or damaged telephone cables, placing telephone poles and anchors, and operating manual and mechanized equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair aerial telephone cables
- Repair cut or damaged telephone cables
- Place telephone poles and anchors
- Operate manual and mechanized equipment
- Set up safety perimeter using signage, cones, and safety barriers
- Flag traffic when required
- Work on special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Knowledge of established aerial cable installation procedures and techniques
- Ability to climb telephone poles and work in a bucket truck
- 2-3 years of experience in aerial construction methods and engineering requirements
- Self-starter with effective communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
